Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles like electrical engineers, site foremen, and skilled laborers. Handle payroll, benefits, and maintain compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws.
  • Minimum 7+ years of HR experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Expert level knowledge of DOLE regulations required.
  • Safety & Compliance: Partner with safety officers to ensure strict adherence to OSH and local safety protocols. Oversee the documentation of safety training and incident reports across various project sites.
  • Admin & Bidding Support: Support the engineering team during the bidding phase by providing necessary HR/Admin documentation (e.g., manpower loading, organizational charts, and company licenses).
