About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager and Admin & Operations Manager to uphold company policies and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, databases, and HR documentation.
Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll preparation, monitor attendance, and assist with statutory contributions and benefits administration.
Policy Implementation: Help communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
