Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join our HR Ops team in Buenos Aires. This full-time, permanent role operates in a hybrid model, with one in-office day per week.

You will translate requests into reporting requirements, deliver HR reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and work with stakeholders to provide data-driven solutions that support continuous improvement across HR Operations.
