Overall description:

  • Employee On-Boarding for new hires, including internal and international mobility: Ensure all documents are correctly generated and compliant. Follow the candidates until the actual onboarding on the systems.

  • Workforce Administration Employee Data Management: Responsible for the administration of employee data attributes in HR systems. Ensure systems are aligned and/or reconciled. Participate in reports, projects and enhancement related to data.

  • Employee Inquiries/HR case management tool: Act as point of contact for HR policy questions Knowledge-based content updates in the case management tool. Answer queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues through the tool.

  • Data Governance Perform reconciliations and monitor data integrity. Ensure strict respect of Data Governance Principles across all HR IT systems and databases. Support internal and external data auditing, on a regular and ad hoc ...
