Overall description:
Employee On-Boarding for new hires, including internal and international mobility: Ensure all documents are correctly generated and compliant. Follow the candidates until the actual onboarding on the systems.
Workforce Administration Employee Data Management: Responsible for the administration of employee data attributes in HR systems. Ensure systems are aligned and/or reconciled. Participate in reports, projects and enhancement related to data.
Employee Inquiries/HR case management tool: Act as point of contact for HR policy questions Knowledge-based content updates in the case management tool. Answer queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues through the tool.
Data Governance Perform reconciliations and monitor data integrity. Ensure strict respect of Data Governance Principles across all HR IT systems and databases. Support internal and external data auditing, on a regular and ad hoc ...
