The HR Executive will support the design and execution of employee engagement, internal communication, learning and development, and employer branding initiatives across Ingredion Pakistan.
Core Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Early Talent Programs – Lead arrangements for and represent Rafhan at campus drives, job fairs, and other branding events. Maintain relationships with university career offices and manage the execution of Internship and Management Trainee Program. Develop, curate and manage content/promotional materials for Rafhan Maize’s social media and digital presence.Learning & Development – Support the implementation of the annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators.
