We are seeking a diligent HR Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, this role requires 2 - 4 years experience in Human Resources or Information Technology as an Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and evaluate workforce data
- Transform metrics on turnover, recruitment, and performance
- Design and distribute employee engagement surveys
- Conduct exit interview surveys and Line discussions
- Analyze HR data and assist in decision-making process
- Collaborate with HR leadership on competitive remuneration reviews
