Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Manage onboarding, termination, labor contracts, and daily attendance for local staff;
  • Collaborate with local agencies to ensure payroll aligns with Brazilian labor laws (CLT);
  • Source resumes, screen candidates, and arrange interviews based on business needs;
  • Facilitate daily communication between Chinese management and local Brazilian teams;
  • Translate and adapt global HQ policies into local language and practices;
  • Organize cross-cultural team activities to boost morale and reduce cultural gaps.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business Administration, or Language studies preferred);
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Intermediate/Advanced English, Mandarin (learning background is a strong plus);
