In this role, you’ll be more than an HR advisor—you’ll be a trusted partner and mentor. You’ll manage complex employee relations cases with care, ensure compliance that protects our people, and lead initiatives that foster engagement and belonging across ERM. You’ll also act as the senior escalation point for the People Advisory team across the EMEA region, helping ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes and confident decision-making.
