The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. This role focuses on driving key HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle processes, and enabling a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and support workforce planning.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Support compensation, promotions, and organizational development processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with TA and L&D teams to support hiring and capability building.
