Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a blue-collar environment? We are looking for a resilient, detail-oriented People & Culture Advisor to join our clients HR team on a 12 month maternity-leave contract. This is a critical role supporting a workforce of 600, focusing heavily on employee relations and operational excellence.

Reporting to the P&C Manager and working alongside a Senior Advisor, you will be the boots on the ground at their Western Sydney site. Your time will be split between managing high-volume case work and supporting broader people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ER Case Management (90% of the role): Manage the end-to-end process for minor, moderate, and complex cases.

  • Performance & Terminations: Lead investigations, manage performance reviews, and handle employee terminations with a focus on mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with Fair Work standards.
