How you make an impact

At Neways Leeuwarden, HR is about more than processes and administration. As an HR Advisor, you are the primary HR point of contact for the Operating Company Leeuwarden. You translate the Neways HR strategy and long-term vision into concrete actions on the work floor.

You work closely with the HR Manager for Leeuwarden, who works in a hybrid setup (partly on-site in Leeuwarden and partly from other Neways locations). In this role, you will have the opportunity to take increasing ownership within HR and develop towards a broader, more strategic role within the Leeuwarden Management Team. The intention is that, over time, you will (partly) take over HR representation in the MT.

You support and advise the MT and managers on topics such as leadership, performance, employability, absenteeism, development and organizational development. You help build clear HR structures, professional HR processes and strong employee experience.
