Job Description
Human resources (HR) advisors are responsible for providing proactive and strategic HR consultation, advice, and expertise to AHS management and staff.
They are often the first point of contact for management and staff seeking HR support, and are knowledgeable about current and relevant legislation, workplace policies, collective agreements, and human behaviour.
Minimum Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in human resources, business administration, or related area.

Duties
- Provide proactive and strategic HR consultation, advice, and expertise to management and staff.
- Interpret client needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions.
- Collaborate and consult with other HR professionals including labour relations, learning and development, recruitment, classification, and compensation.
