Job Description


  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for a defined practice group

  • Partner with internal recruitment stakeholders on hiring execution and reporting

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Belgium

  • Support international mobility and secondment processes

  • Act as the primary HR contact for business services staff

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations

  • Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, wellbeing, and compensation

  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues, partners, and people managers

  • Report directly to the Head of HR Belgium






  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role within professional services

  • Previous experience in a law firm environment is essential
