Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for a defined practice group
- Partner with internal recruitment stakeholders on hiring execution and reporting
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Belgium
- Support international mobility and secondment processes
- Act as the primary HR contact for business services staff
- Provide day-to-day HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations
- Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, wellbeing, and compensation
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues, partners, and people managers
- Report directly to the Head of HR Belgium
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role within professional services
- Previous experience in a law firm environment is essential
