What does the job look like?

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders and support employees across our BevChain operations, helping to drive strong people outcomes in a fast-paced, operational environment.


This is a hands-on, generalist HR role offering exposure across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and people initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and building practical HR capability on the ground.


This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Auburn (NSW)


What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employees across BevChain

  • Supporting employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and policy interpretation
