Job Description

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation Support payroll processing, including timesheet collection and verification Liaise with external parties such as government agencies, banks, and vendors Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and compliance matters Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Monitor and track leave, attendance, and employee benefits Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements O-Level, ITE or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic familiarity with local labour laws and HR practices will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational skills ...
