To provide day to day human resource administrative support and contribute to the long‑term development and effective service delivery of the HR function.

Education and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Valid drivers’ license
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

Knowledge

  • CCMA exposure would be an advantage
  • SAP knowledge and experience would be an advantage
  • HR principles and practices
  • Employment and labor legislation
  • Business unit processes
  • Health and safety policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration

  • Provide day to day human resource administrative support & contribute to the long‑term development of the HR function.
  • Provide all recruitment administration support for A and B band appointments.
