Job Description

RCL FOODS is looking to recruit an energetics, team player to join the HR team in PMB. The individual will need to be able to engage with staff, must be open minded when handling situations with staff and must be sensitive to staff matters.

The individual must possess a driver's license.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4/5/6
• Diploma in HR is advantageous
• 2+ years as payroll clerk/HR administrator
• Manufacturing exposure an advantage
• Good Computer literacy, especially excel
• Fluent in zulu is advantageous
• General knowledge of IR and ER and well as CCMA
