Job Description
The HR Administrator will lead and manage end-to-end HR functions, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a start-up environment, can work with minimal structure, and has strong experience in government compliance, policy development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to management, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people strategy
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance HR policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with business goals
