Sharp & Carter is partnering with a large, globally recognised organisation to appoint an experienced HR Administrator on a temporary basis.
This is a high-volume, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the engine room of a People & Culture team.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing HRIS inbox queries and supporting data integrity reporting Coordinating recruitment administration including job postings, interviews, reference checks and onboarding documentation Supporting internal movements, contract changes and employment letters Maintaining HR compliance documentation Supporting payroll queries and general HR enquiries Contributing to HR projects, reporting and audit requirements Assisting with visa/sponsorship documentati...
