We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused HR Administrator to join a busy HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers across the UK & Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering a high-quality, people-focused service while developing strong HR systems and administration experience.

Main Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers via email, phone and ticketing systems
Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence accurately and within required timeframes
Support onboarding activities for new starters, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience
Administer employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, role changes ...
