Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Associate Manager – Administration to manage day-to-day administrative operations at myHQ. The role will involve overseeing travel management, vendor coordination, office supplies, and providing strong support for employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel & Logistics Management

Manage employee travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs) as per company policy.

Ensure timely approvals and adherence to travel guidelines.

Coordinate with travel partners for cost efficiency and smooth execution.

  • Office Supplies & Facilities Management

Ensure availability and upkeep of office supplies, pantry, and stationery.
