* Assist with day to day operations of HR function and duties.

* Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executive.

* Compile and update employees records (hard and soft copies).

* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)

* Help in coordinate HR (project, a training set up and refreshment) and take a minute meeting.

* To help in assist in dealing with employees request regarding human resource issues.

* Assist in leaves updating, claim processing and relevant payroll records preparations.

* Monitor company's business license, insurances, and other related matters.

* To maintain a systematic filing system and safekeeping of important documents.

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time.
