Key Responsibilities

  • HR Functions: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and visa labor processing with MOHRE and GDRFA.
  • Implement HR policies, manage grievances, and conduct exit formalities.

Administrative Functions

  • Oversee daily office administration, facility management, and procurement of supplies.
  • Manage staff accommodation, company vehicles, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure smooth administrative support across all departments.

Gender

Male

Experience

3–4 years of UAE experience in HR/Admin (manufacturing/construction preferred).

Education

Bachelor’s degree; HR certification is a plus.

Languages

Must be fluent in Hindi & English (spoken and written).

Skills

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.
