Position Summary
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle in Morocco, ensuring compliance with Moroccan Labour Law and local regulatory requirements. The role oversees HR administration, employee database management, onboarding and offboarding processes, employment documentation, and coordination of payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee database and personnel files in full compliance with Moroccan Labour Law and local regulatory requirements. Ensure proper documentation and filing of employment contracts, amendments, probation confirmations, leave records, disciplinary records, and statutory documents.
