Job Description

The HR / Admin Officer will independently manage human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee evaluations, personnel file management, compliance, and office administration. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting GharPar's mission of empowering women from underprivileged and minority backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement induction/orientation plans.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Monitor daily attendance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage probation reviews and annual performance evaluations.
  • Maintain employee records for EOBI and coordinate with the EOBI department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
