Softlink Global is a B2B SaaS company behind Logi-Sys, an intelligent ERP that runs freight, customs, warehousing, and finance operations for logistics businesses across the globe. Our Philippines branch is a lean, close-knit team, and we are looking for someone to own the people and workplace function.
This is a single-owner role. You will be the person the branch relies on for everything from an employee's first day to their last, for accurate and compliant payroll, for keeping the company on the right side of DOLE and every government agency, and for making sure the office itself runs well day to day. It suits someone who is genuinely comfortable being the sole HR and admin point of contact for a small team, who likes owning a function rather than a slice of one, and who can move between statutory compliance and on-the-ground office management without dropping either.
