Job Description
Job Purpose To conduct a comprehensive audit of HR records, processes, and compliance practices to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with company policies. The role will focus on reviewing, organizing, and validating employee documentation and HR systems, and identifying gaps or risks. Key Responsibilities HR Records & Documentation Audit Review all employee personnel files (digital and/or hard copy) Ensure contracts, amendments, and job descriptions are up to date Verify right-to-work documentation Check onboarding documentation completeness Review probation documentation and confirmations Audit leaver documentation and offboarding processes Compliance & Legal Review Ensure compliance with employment legislation Review absence records and statutory leave tracking Check disciplinary and grievance documentation compliance Validate GDPR/data protection standards in employee files Identify missing or outdated mandatory documentation HR Systems & Data Audit HRIS data accurac...
