Job Description

1.HR Leadership & Workforce Planning:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions to support plant and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Management, Operations, and Line Leaders on manpower planning, shift structures, and productivity targets.
  • Develop HR strategies that support operational efficiency, safety, and long-term workforce capability.

2.Performance Management & Productivity:

  • Design, implement, and manage performance management systems for managerial, supervisory, and all employees.
  • Develop clear KPIs linked to productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and discipline.
  • Drive probation confirmations, performance reviews, and annual appraisal exercises.
  • Coach line managers and supervisors on performance tracking, documentation, and corrective actions.
  • Manage underperformance through Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and disciplinary processes.
