Job Description
1.HR Leadership & Workforce Planning:
- Lead and manage all HR functions to support plant and operational requirements.
- Partner with Management, Operations, and Line Leaders on manpower planning, shift structures, and productivity targets.
- Develop HR strategies that support operational efficiency, safety, and long-term workforce capability.
2.Performance Management & Productivity:
- Design, implement, and manage performance management systems for managerial, supervisory, and all employees.
- Develop clear KPIs linked to productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and discipline.
- Drive probation confirmations, performance reviews, and annual appraisal exercises.
- Coach line managers and supervisors on performance tracking, documentation, and corrective actions.
