Job Description
- Prepare project documents, track timelines, and follow up on pending actions.
- Support technical team with system configuration and testing.
- Handle general office administration: calls, appointments, courier, and filing.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
- Manage office equipment, utilities, and maintenance.
- Oversee company insurance, vehicle insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Assist in finance: issue invoices, payment vouchers, and manage petty cash.
- Support HR and payroll: track contracts, increments, bonuses, and leave.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks across admin, HR, and finance.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Malay.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
