Job Description

  • Prepare project documents, track timelines, and follow up on pending actions.
  • Support technical team with system configuration and testing.
  • Handle general office administration: calls, appointments, courier, and filing.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
  • Manage office equipment, utilities, and maintenance.
  • Oversee company insurance, vehicle insurance, and road tax renewals.
  • Assist in finance: issue invoices, payment vouchers, and manage petty cash.
  • Support HR and payroll: track contracts, increments, bonuses, and leave.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks across admin, HR, and finance.
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Malay.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
