Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup. Assist employees with payroll-related questions, timekeeping issues, direct deposit updates, and other payroll documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases. Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. Process employment changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, and status updates. Prepare HR reports, employee communications, and administrative documentation. Assist with employment verification requests, audits, and compliance activities. Other HR related tasks as needed.
