Position:- HR & Admin Work days:- Mon – Sat Work timings:- 10:30 am to 8:30 pm Role Purpose To manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring structured hiring, policy implementation, employee discipline, and a system-driven work environment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job design, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, negotiation, and finalization of candidates Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including document collection, verification, induction, and system updates Prepare and issue offer letters, Joining Letters with Job Descriptions, and all employment-related documents in a timely and structured manner Lead implementation and usage of HRMS (Zoho or any adopted system), ensuring all HR processes are system-driven and regularly updated Maintain accurate and complete employee records in the system, including personal details, documents, attendance, and emplo...
