Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities Human Resources
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, salary administration, and employee benefits management.
  • Process Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and other work pass-related matters.
  • Support employee training, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
