We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our human resource functions and daily administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth people operations, staff coordination, and manpower planning across the centre.
Job Responsibilities
a. Human Resource & Administration
- Prepare, review, and manage HR documentation including employment letters, internal memos, and policy-related documents
- Coordinate with staff on HR documentation acknowledgements and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with internal requirements
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and act as a point of contact for basic HR enquiries
- Support staff engagement initiatives, welfare matters, and coordination of internal training activities
