HR Admin Executive based in Kota Kemuning for a Construction player, up to 6k

This locally founded business provides a one-stop solution from design to execution of construction projects with a strong technical in-house team servicing clients locally and internationally.

Your new role

Based in Shah Alam, you will be tasked with managing the full spectrum of HR and play a key support role to the Senior HRs in the team in engagement and training. Beyond the following, your day-to-day responsibilities will heavily surround the end-to-end talent acquisition process in conjunction with business expansion plans in the next 1-year. Being a strong team player, resourceful and vocal in sharing ideas to problem-solve challenges is greatly appreciated.
