Job Description:

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to handle core HR & Admin operations, payroll, travel and coordinations with vendor, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee payroll and salary processing
  • Handle system based hiring, onboarding, and employee records
  • Coordinate with teams regarding HR and payroll matters
  • Prepare Full & Final (FNF) settlements
  • Manage EOBI registrations and related documentation
  • Handle health insurance and life insurance, including monthly additions, deletions, and claims
  • Process employee bonuses, overtime (OT), and TADA payments
  • Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, warning, show cause, termination, etc.)
  • Handle employee misconduct cases as per labor laws and company policy
  • Maintain accurate HR files, reports, and records
