Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including screening of candidate resumes and scheduling & conducting job interviews
  • Conduct employee on-boarding and basic company training for newbies
  • Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements in job portals
  • Maintain employee database and ensure employee records are updated
  • Assist in checking employee's timesheet for payroll processing
  • Manage office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
  • Replenishment of pantry items and office supplies
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • With 1 - 2 years of HR and office administration experience
  • Candidate who is driven at work and able to work in a fast paced environment
