Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including screening of candidate resumes and scheduling & conducting job interviews
- Conduct employee on-boarding and basic company training for newbies
- Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements in job portals
- Maintain employee database and ensure employee records are updated
- Assist in checking employee's timesheet for payroll processing
- Manage office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
- Replenishment of pantry items and office supplies
- Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- With 1 - 2 years of HR and office administration experience
- Candidate who is driven at work and able to work in a fast paced environment
