Job Summary
The HR Admin Assistant of Smart Basket Corp. provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. The role assists in day-to-day HR operations including employee records management, recruitment support, coordination of HR activities, and compliance with company policies and labor requirements. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn HR processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of employee 201 files and HR records (hard copy and electronic).
· Support recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing pre-employment requirements.
· Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.
· Prepare HR documents including memoranda, notices, certifications, endorsements, and internal communications.
