We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Assistant to join our team at Datajasa Plus Sdn Bhd. The HR & Admin Assistant supports the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration functions. This role handles HR documentation, staff coordination, office administration, and compliance matters to ensure smooth internal operations and effective workforce management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in handle daily HR administrative tasks including employee records, filing, and documentation.

  2. Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings and interview coordination.

  3. Maintain and update staff attendance, leave records, and HR databases.

  4. Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and relevant employee data.

  5. Assist in preparing HR-related letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.).
