Job Description

1. Human Resource Support

Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Coordinate new staff onboarding process, including document collection and orientation.
Maintain and update staff personal files and HR databases.
Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor daily attendance and overtime records from all sites/plants.
Verify and update leave applications and medical certificates.
Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing.
Payroll & HR Documentation

Assist in compiling payroll data such as attendance, allowance, deduction, and claims.
Ensure all HR documents (confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, etc.) are properly issued and filed.
Support HR Executive in preparing reports for management and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
