Job Description

Role Purpose:

The HR Admin Assistant position is meant to provide support for everyday human resource activities such as managing paperwork, coordinating with employees and recruitment, and making sure that the whole organization has a seamless and compliant workflow.

Recruitment Assistance:

This role actively participates in the recruiting process by evaluating candidates’ resumes, arranging interviews, making changes to applicant files, and keeping in touch with applicants. It also guarantees prompt liaison between the hiring managers and the prospective employees.

Employee Documentation:

This position is directly involved in the recruiting process to a large extent. It evaluates resumes of the candidates, schedules interviews, modifies applicant files, and communicates with applicants. Besides, it assures quick communication between the hiring managers and the future employee.
