Human Resources/ Admin Assistant

As Human Resource Generalist you will run the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department starting from Manpower Planning till Exit, which will include, but not limited to - Attract, Develop, Perform and Retain dimensions of HR. While doing so ensuring complete compliance with HR and other Policies, Rules and Regulations pertaining to appropriate statutory bodies.


Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation in any field from recognized University 
  • Professional work experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist preferably from Educational Institution
  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
