HPDC Supervisor

• Handling shift operations in HPDC area. (Team size - 20 operators).
• Successful SOP of new plant HPDC machines and scaling up operations.
• Troubleshooting, First time ok after die change, Set up change.
• Operational knowledge of Fanuc robots and Toshiba Machines.
• Know how of 4W products in High Pressure Die Casting- Toshiba Machines.
• New component parameter setting and robot program making.
• Train new operators on machine operations as per WIS. Train for die change.
• Achieve shift area target wrt Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Suggestions.
• Supporting training of new trainee supervisors.
• Knowledge of Fanuc Robot systems and Toshiba/ Ube machines.
• Maintain Floor Control, 1S /2S in shop.
• Note and resolve operator concerns on time.
• EOT operation and Die loading as per production plan
