HPDC Supervisor Casting

Job Role

1. Handling shift operations in HPDC area. ( Team size - 20 operators).

2. Succesful SOP of new plant HPDC machines and scaling up operations.

3. Troubleshooting, First time ok after die change, Set up change.

4. Train new operators on machine operations as per WIS. Train for die change.

5. Achieve shift area target wrt Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Suggestions.

6. Supporting training of new trainee supervisors.

7. Ensure timely product check and corrections..

8. Maintain Floor Control, 1S /2S in shop.

9. Note and resolve operator concerns on time.

Educational Qualification: Diploma

(With Specialization): Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering

Job Responsibilities

1. Understanding and implementing HPDC area running as per shift plan.

2. Achieve HPDC area shift output targets w.r.t Rejection % , SPH, OEE, Suggestions.
