Job Description
Lead vendor management for HPC infrastructure at Podtech Data Centers Inc. in Prince George. Oversee vendors, manage repairs, and ensure compliance in a full-time onsite role.
As HPC Vendor Service Manager, you will serve as a pivotal contact for OEMs and third-party service providers, ensuring collaborative success. You’ll manage vendor technicians, coordinate repairs, and uphold compliance with safety standards. Your significant role will include overseeing the complete Return Material Authorization (RMA) lifecycle while maintaining vital relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor technicians for maintenance and support
• Oversee hardware repair activities for critical systems
• Track and oversee the entire RMA process
• Coordinate logistics for spare parts and equipment
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct reviews
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field
