Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer on a 3-month contract (potential extension). Based in Redditch with hybrid working, you will manage your own caseload, conduct homelessness assessments, and develop housing plans to prevent homelessness.

You will work with landlords and external agencies, ensuring legal compliance and high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets in a busy Housing Needs service.
