Job Description

As a Housing Planner, you are responsible for the optimal planning and management of housing locations for international labor migrants. You ensure efficient occupancy, monitor the availability of living spaces, and work closely with key departments to ensure that all housing processes run smoothly and according to the applicable guidelines.

This role combines analytical planning, operational collaboration between departments, and a direct impact on the results of the entire Facility department.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Optimal planning of housing for international labor migrants within available residential locations
  • Coordinating relocations and optimizations of housing
  • Checking and analyzing forecast versus available capacity of residential locations
