Housing Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a local authority in Warwickshire.

In this role, you will deliver an effective housing management service, supporting tenants, resolving issues and helping to create safe, sustainable communities.

Duties:

• Manage tenancy issues and provide advice, support and guidance to tenants.
• Investigate housing complaints, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Carry out visits, inspections and reviews to support successful tenancies.
• Work with partners and colleagues to improve outcomes for residents and communities.
