HOUSING MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) of NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will assist with enforcing directives, instructions and procedures for the accomplishment of housing inspections and provides guidance to lower graded housing employees. You will develop working relationships with local area realtors, property managers, and housing boards which enables hard-to-find information to be made accessible to military service members. You will independently investigate and resolves a variety of complex occupants concerns and complaints related to housing facilities, other occupants, and habitability conditions and recommends solutions to controversial situations. You will develop internal operating procedures relating to housing maintenance/repairs and prepare and submit work requests for accomplishment.
