Role Overview:

Thirteen Group is looking for a Housing Management Lead (Empty Property Specialist) to join our Housing and Communities team. This is a pivotal, specialist role focused on driving performance, consistency and transformation across our empty homes service.

You’ll take ownership of how we manage empty properties across the organisation - leading improvements in turnaround times, reducing income loss, preventing turnover whilst embedding a consistent, high-quality approach to recharges and decants.
