Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Licensing Officer (Grade D) for a three-month contract to manage housing licensing applications, inspections, records and compliance with statutory requirements.

The role is full-time, on-site at RM17 6SL, with a £22.58 per hour umbrella rate and bi-weekly pay; you will work with housing, licensing, environmental health and regulatory teams to deliver timely, customer-focused services.
